Danville Residents Directory is a privately operated reference for public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections related to people who live or have lived in Danville, Virginia. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a government office, court, or records custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site or information reached through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
Stalking is prohibited under Virginia law, including Va. Code § 18.2-60.3.
3. No Consumer Reporting Agency
This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.
